Returns and Refunds
 Returned merchandise policy:
The vast majority of our customers are delighted with their purchases.
however, in the event that you should decide to return your merchandise for any reason other than damage done during shipping, we will be happy to give you a full refund, minus shipping & handling charges.
Products damaged during shipping will be replaced with identical item free of any charge to customer
In the event that you're in search of a return, this refund will only be issued providing the following conditions are met:
- You must notify EternityJewelry.net within 72 hours of receiving the item of your intent to return.
- Your return must be postmarked no later than 7 days after your emailed intent to return has been received.
-You must use the same (or a similar) shipping method.
